I am eternally grateful to Esmeralda as she has changed my outlook on life. I've seen psychologists for years for my anxiety, depression and late diagnosis of ADHD feeling more distraught, and despair they could not help me move forward in life. After the first session using aromachology, I couldn't believe she could analyse my limited issues and help me overcome these negative patterns of programming within a few sessions. I was introduced to Esmeralda 2 years by a long time friend living in Phuket and she helped me spend a reinvigorating holiday, and did a treatment with sessions to cure a 10 years old problem.
I had a genital herpes crisis every few months and her treatment helped over a year to minimize the appearance of. It’s now been 2 years and I almost have no more herpes crisis.
This time I came to see her for my hair loss and order some natural aromatherapy remedy.

Premium Anxiety Holistic Program

I arrived in Phuket after booking a one way ticket to Thailand. The past 5 years had been extremely challenging and I was suffering with depression, and struggling to deal with the traumatic and deeply emotional events that had unfolded in my life in recent years.

I knew I needed healing and support but had no idea where from. I believe in synchronicity and that when we are ready to heal, we will be guided to our teacher. I did a Google search and found healing therapies in Phuket and I messaged Esmerelda and knew instantly that I wanted to work with her. Although it was an investment of time and money I signed up immediately for her full package and the very same day I turned up to my first energy healing session.

The blend of energy healing and therapies are really powerful and after only 2 sessions I already felt so much better. The heaviness in my heart had lifted, and I felt lighter and brighter and able to think about the past without feeling emotional but instead feeling grateful and joyful.

Chakras balancing Program

Esmeralda is a wonderful person with such a kind and giving heart.

I had a few sessions to do some energy healing. On my first session she was able to unblock my energies in my lower chakras that were stuck. By the last session she had aligned all my chakras back to their full energy. I felt very calm and relaxed after the visits and I could see the benefits slowly showing through in my daily life and interactions with people.

Life-Changing Transformation

Toxic work environments, family trauma, and ADHD left me housebound with crippling depression. 10 sessions with Esmeralda over 2.5 weeks completely transformed my life. Absolutely life-changing.

Years in toxic work environments with gaslighting, insecure colleagues/managers, combined with family trauma, ADHD, and health issues from Covid, had left me with crippling depression and anxiety. I couldn't leave my house - text messages would trigger me. I was struggling to survive day to day.

Esmeralda was recommended through Phuket Cleanse. What started as a one-week trip became two months in Thailand. Ten sessions over 2.5 weeks, always running overtime because she genuinely cared about helping me process everything.

Her tailored program covered chakra rebalancing, aromachology, and other holistic techniques. The transformation was incredible - my mind became clear, I regained confidence, and generational trauma subsided. The breakthrough was no longer being triggered by people who had hurt me.

During recovery from stepping on coral, I started successful business opportunities - impossible in my previous mental state. Esme also provided distance healing for my cat's health issues.

Esme maintains regular contact, and though I've been slow at responding, knowing she's there to support and genuinely care means a lot. Challenges still arise, but I now have tools to navigate situations that would have previously devastated me.
